How to Choose Within This Category

Identify the Position
Straight bar run takes tube. Bolted lap joint takes S1-B molded cover. Live installed overhead conductor takes S1-A wrap around cover.

Fix the Voltage Class
Up to 24 kV takes S1(n)-10 or S1-10. Up to 36 kV takes S1(n)-35 or S1-35. The S1 family spans 1 kV to 35 kV with UL recognition.

Choose Halogen Free or Flame Retardant
Halogen free for occupied and critical buildings. Flame retardant where phase colours are wanted.

Measure the Bar Diagonal and Perimeter
The tube must clear the diagonal and recover onto the perimeter. Deburr every edge first.

Bar width thickness overlap length bolt count and bolt head height are enough for us to quote.
