Industry Application
Paper mills run hot, wet and foamy. The equipment here handles fibre laden stock, breaks the foam in washing systems and keeps hot circuits moving without destroying seals.
Stock with fibre blocks conventional pumps. A rubber lobe pump has a short wide flow path and reversible operation to clear itself.
Mechanical foam breakers separate liquid from gas and return it, which is product that would otherwise leave the circuit.
Dryer and heat recovery circuits run above the range of standard pumps. Heat transfer pumps without a shaft seal remove the failure point.
Recommended Equipment
Positive displacement pumps for stock, foam breakers for washing systems and high temperature pumps for dryer circuits.

High Temperature Pumps
Magnetic drive heat transfer pump for hot oil and hot water to 350 degrees.
View specifications →Typical Scenarios
Moving fibre laden stock and mill sludge without blocking or shearing the fibre.
Mechanical defoaming in the washing circuit, returning the separated liquid to the process.
Hot water and thermal oil circulation at temperatures well above a standard pump limit.
How We Work
Consistency, fibre length and temperature. Consistency alone changes the pump family.
Flow, pressure and whether the duty is continuous. Mill duty is hard on wear parts, so this matters.
Where foam forms, how stable it is, and whether the tank is open or closed decides the foam breaker version.
Wear part change intervals aligned with the mill shutdown calendar, and spares held on site.

Answers
Rubber lobe and progressing cavity pumps handle fibre laden liquid with solids. Send the consistency and fibre length and we will confirm the model.
Yes. DP-F mounts on a closed tank and DP-K is designed for an open tank or pool. Send the mounting connection and headspace.
It depends on abrasives and duty hours. The relevant point is that they change in place without lifting the machine, so the change fits inside a shutdown.
The heat transfer line, which is magnetically coupled and rated to 350 degrees for hot oil duty.
Send the specification with the enquiry. Stainless pipe fittings are supplied to ANSI, ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS, ISO, GB, SH and HG standards.
