A Pump Works In Wenzhou And The Brand It Sells Under

ZION Fluid Equipment has been supplying industry with pump solutions and stainless steel pipe fittings since 2002. SEKO is the brand those products carry.

The company started with one problem to solve: plants in water treatment, chemical processing and food production kept buying pumps that were right on paper and wrong in the pipe. A pump sized for clean water will not survive sludge. A stainless fitting made to one standard will not seal against a line built to another.

So the range grew sideways rather than upwards. Centrifugal pumps first, then the high temperature versions for thermal oil and hot water circuits, then progressing cavity and lobe pumps for liquids with solids, then micro gear and peristaltic pumps for dosing, then the sanitary side: pumps, tanks, emulsifiers, valves, manhole covers and fittings for dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical work.

Today the catalogue is 68 models across 17 lines, supported by engineering design, installation, commissioning and after-sales service for complete pumping systems including pumps, drivers, instrumentation and control. The works is in the Yongqiang high-tech industrial area in Longwan District, Wenzhou. Export orders are handled through the Hong Kong office.

Cast parts arrive in the same hall where they are machined, assembled and tested. These photographs are from the works.

Build And Test

Casting, machining, assembly and hydraulic test at the works, with the factory acceptance test recorded.

Ship And Support

Export packing and documentation through the Hong Kong office, then commissioning support and spares.

The equipment is built at the works in Longwan District, Wenzhou, where casting, machining, assembly and testing take place. The Hong Kong office handles export paperwork and payment for overseas orders.
