What To Send With An Enquiry
- Duty point: flow rate and head, or the tank volume and working pressure
- The liquid, its temperature, viscosity and solids content
- Connection standard and size: DIN, SMS, 3A, ISO, IDF, ANSI or a flange table
- Quantity and destination port, so the quote can be FOB or CIF
- Any drawing, P and ID or nameplate photograph you already have
We do not run live chat, contact forms or tracking scripts. Enquiries arrive as email and are answered by the same engineers who size the equipment.

How fast do you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday, China Standard Time. Enquiries that arrive with a duty point are usually answered with a model and a price in the first reply.
Which language should I write in?
English. The sales desk and the application engineers read and write English.
Can I send a drawing instead of a specification?
Yes, and it is faster. Attach the general arrangement drawing, the P and ID or a photograph of the existing nameplate when you write to us.
Do you have an office outside China?
Export orders are handled through the Hong Kong office at Wing Tuck Commercial Centre, Sheung Wan. The equipment still ships from the works in Wenzhou.
What payment terms do you work on?
Terms depend on the order value and destination. They are set out in the quotation together with the lead time, so there is nothing to negotiate after the fact.
