1 model double gears fluid to 300 degrees
External gear pumps for non corrosive lubricating oil and similar liquids without solids or fibre, used as transfer, booster, fuel and hydraulic pumps.
The Range
Hardened gears turn on axles inside replaceable bearing sleeves, with a safety valve built into the pump cap.
Gear Pumps
External gear pump for lubricating oil fuel and hydraulic duty.
View specifications →A gear pump displaces a fixed volume per revolution, so it builds pressure on thin and thick oil alike from 5 to 1500 cSt.
Heat treated gears run in replaceable bearing sleeves, so the wearing element is a part you change rather than a pump you scrap.
A safety valve is built into the pump cap to protect the pump and the line if a downstream valve closes.
Why This Line
Transfer, booster and hydraulic duty are all inside the range, which simplifies spares across a site.
Electric motor or diesel drive, in 380 to 415 V three phase or 220 to 240 V single phase, 50 or 60 Hz.
Flange, thread or quick coupled connections, so the pump fits an existing installation.
Application Scenarios
Transfer and booster duty moving lubricating oil between tanks and points of use.
Delivery, pressurisation and injection duty in fuel supply installations.
Supplying hydraulic power in a system, or feeding a lubrication circuit on plant machinery.
Selection Guide
Non corrosive lubricating oil or equivalent, free of solid particles and fibre. Abrasives destroy gear pumps quickly.
The pump is rated for 5 to 1500 cSt. Outside that band we will move you to another line.
Flow at the working speed plus the discharge pressure the system needs, so the safety valve can be set correctly.
Electric or diesel drive, flanged, threaded or quick coupled connections, horizontal installation.
Answers
Non corrosive lubricating oil or an equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibre, with viscosity between 5 and 1500 cSt.
The data sheet gives a maximum permissible fluid temperature of 300 degrees Celsius for the pump, while the standard oil duty is quoted below 80 degrees. Tell us the working temperature so the correct build is offered.
Yes, a safety valve is built into the pump cap.
Yes, electric motor and diesel drive are both listed for this pump.
Casing and inner parts in cast iron, stainless steel or bronze, with a shaft seal ring at the axle end.
Engineering Notes
Selection Guide
Above 80 degrees the usual assumptions stop working. Seal choice, expansion, venting and material all move at once, and the pump is only part of the answer.

Maintenance Guide
One seals better and costs more to replace. The other leaks by design and can be adjusted by anyone on site. Choose against the liquid and the maintenance team.
Read the guide →Viscosity at working temperature, flow and discharge pressure are enough to pick the gear set and the drive.
