Industry Application
Municipal supply, high rise boosting, heating and cooling circulation, irrigation and fire fighting all run on the same family of end suction centrifugal pumps. The trick is picking the duty point rather than the biggest pump in the catalogue.
A pump chosen on a rule of thumb ends up running against a half closed valve, burning power and wearing the seal. Sizing on the real curve fixes it.
Supply pressure drops exactly when demand rises. A boosting set holds the duty point instead of cycling.
Direct coupled pumps with balanced impellers vibrate less, which matters when the plant room sits under occupied floors.
Recommended Equipment
Horizontal sets for plant rooms with floor space, vertical inline sets where the pump goes straight into the pipe run.

Gear Pumps
External gear pump for lubricating oil fuel and hydraulic duty.
View specifications →Typical Scenarios
Pressure increasing supply for tall buildings, where the pump has to hold head across a varying demand.
Cold and warm water circulation matched to the circuit resistance rather than oversized for safety.
Garden and field irrigation and long distance transfer where pipe losses dominate the head calculation.
How We Work
You send flow, static lift and pipe losses. We check the curve and propose an impeller and motor rather than a frame size.
Water quality decides cast iron, stainless steel or bronze for casing and impeller, and mechanical seal or gland.
The set is assembled and run on the test bay before painting and packing.
Installation and commissioning guidance, then spares held against the model number.

Answers
Tell us how many pumps, the control philosophy and whether a vessel is required. We quote the pumps and advise on the arrangement; the control panel is specified with the order.
Fire duty means holding a defined head at a defined flow with a certain starting arrangement. Send the required duty and the standard the installation follows, and we will confirm the model.
The centrifugal range runs to 1500 m3/h with heads to 150 m and drives to 160 kW.
Water chemistry decides the material. Send an analysis and we will confirm whether bronze, stainless or a different line is appropriate.
It depends on the model and the motor. Lead time is confirmed on the quotation, and we do not promise a date before the motor supply is checked.

With the static lift and the pipe losses we can size the impeller instead of guessing the frame.
