Requirement
Specifications arrive as a mix of drawings, old part numbers and assumptions.
We work back from the product, the flow and the cleaning cycle, then confirm the connection standard against a fitting you already have.
Design
Nozzle positions and agitator choices get fixed too late and force rework.
A general arrangement drawing is issued for approval before material is cut, with nozzles, manhole, spray device and instruments shown.
Material
Mixed grades on one line create corrosion and audit questions.
One grade across vessel, pump and fittings, SS304 or SS316L, with the finish stated and material certificates available.
Fabrication
Polishing and welding quality vary between subcontractors.
Fabrication, welding and polishing happen in the same works that machines the pumps, under one inspection regime.
Testing
Equipment is tested separately and fails when connected.
Pumps are run on the test bay and vessels are tested before packing, with the factory acceptance test recorded.
Delivery And Start Up

Can you supply only part of the line?
Yes. Many orders are a vessel plus fittings, or a pump plus valves. The package approach is about matching standards, not about forcing a larger order.
Who is responsible for installation?
Installation is normally done by your contractor. We provide the drawings, the commissioning steps and engineering support, and can advise during start up.
How long does drawing approval take?
That depends on your side more than ours. Once comments come back, the revised drawing is issued quickly because the works is in the same building as the drawing office.
Can you match equipment we already have?
Yes, if you send the standard and the dimensions of the existing parts. Measuring a fitting is more reliable than a part number from an old order.
Do you quote CIP skids?
CIP tanks, pumps, valves and spray devices are all in the range. Send the vessels to be cleaned and the cycle and we will propose a skid.
