What Goes Wrong On This Duty

A bottom magnetic mixer replaces the dynamic seal with a welded isolation sleeve, so there is no seal to leak and no dead space around it.

Which documents can you supply?
General design specification, GA drawing, O and M manual, P and ID with parts list, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, pressure vessel certificate, bought-out item certificates and the FAT record. IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ, calibration certificates and SAT are available as the qualification package.
Do you build to a user requirement specification?
Yes. Send the URS with the enquiry. It changes the design, the documents and the price, so it should not arrive after the order.
What surface finish do you offer?
Mirror polish is standard on sanitary wetted parts, with matt polish available. State the Ra value your specification requires.
Can the vessel be supplied with instruments fitted?
Yes. Thermometers, pressure gauges, level measurement and sampling valves are specified and fitted with the vessel.
Is the mixer seal free?
The bottom magnetic mixer uses a welded isolation sleeve instead of a mechanical seal, which removes the leak path entirely.
