Issued with the equipment. Ask for any item early if your approval process needs it before delivery.
General Design Specification
The design basis for the unit: duty, materials, design pressure and temperature.
General Arrangement Drawing
Dimensions, nozzle orientation, motor position and mounting details for approval before build.
Operation And Maintenance Manual
Commissioning steps, run-in checks, lubrication, seal replacement and spares list.
P And ID Diagram With Parts List
Process and instrumentation diagram for skid mounted and tank systems, with the parts list.
Electrical And Pneumatic Diagram With Parts List
For units supplied with control panels, actuated valves or level instrumentation.
Pressure Vessel Certificate
Copy issued where the vessel is built under a pressure vessel code.
Manual And Certificate Of Bought-Out Items
Motor, gearbox, seal and instrument documentation from the component suppliers.
Factory Acceptance Test Record
The record of the works test carried out before the equipment is painted and packed.
Qualification Documentation
Qualification Documentation Package
Optional package for regulated projects. Tell us at enquiry stage, because some protocols are written before the build starts.
Installation Qualification Protocol
IQ protocol and executed record for the installed equipment.
Operational Qualification Protocol
OQ protocol covering the operating range the equipment is verified against.
Performance Qualification Protocol
PQ protocol for performance against the process requirement.
Design Qualification
DQ document tying the design back to the user requirement specification.
Calibration Certificate For Critical Instruments
Certificates for gauges, transmitters and temperature instruments supplied with the unit.
Site Acceptance Test
SAT protocol for testing after installation at your plant.
Drawings And CAD Files
CAD files are not published for open download. Tell us the model and the format you need, STEP, DWG or PDF, and we will send the file that matches the unit you are buying rather than a generic one.

Why is nothing downloadable directly?
Because a generic PDF is rarely the document you need. Drawings and datasheets are issued against a model and a duty point, so we send the file that matches your unit.
How quickly can I get a datasheet?
Usually the same working day for a catalogue model. Custom vessels need the duty confirmed first, because the drawing is made for the order.
Can you complete our own document templates?
Yes. Send your vendor document requirement list with the enquiry and we will price the documentation work with the equipment.
Do you provide material certificates?
Material certificates for wetted parts can be supplied with the order. Ask for them at enquiry stage so the material is traced from the start.
Is the documentation in English?
Yes, the standard package is issued in English.
