Manufacturing tolerance is driven by copper geometry held to 14.0 mil line width and 4.0 mil spacing, mechanical holes from 1.0 mm, finished copper at ½ oz / 3 oz. Acceptance is 100% AOI, ICT and FCT testing against IPC-A-610 E Class II, with thickness to ±10% and outline by Rout / V-cut / Bridge / Stamp Hole. The part ships into electronic device applications.
