Do you build standard machines or only custom equipment?
Custom. Every machine is designed around the customer part, the required rate and the available floor space. The equipment families on this site describe the types of machine we build, not a catalogue of fixed models.
What information do you need to quote?
Part drawings and real samples, the operation you want performed, the rate you need, the floor space available and the equipment either side of the new machine. That is enough to produce a concept and a defined scope.
Do you support validation?
Equipment is designed to operate in mass production and to be validated to current regulatory standards, and is supplied with the sequence of operation, as built electrical drawings and test records. The validation itself is normally executed with your quality group against your own protocols.
Which certifications does Delkotech hold?
Certifications and third party marks required for a specific project are agreed at contract stage. We do not publish a blanket certification claim on this site, so anything not yet confirmed for your project is listed as TBC.
