Why This Matters
Every machine Delkotech builds already knows how long each move took, how many parts passed and where it stopped. Industrial analytics is the work of getting that out of the controller and in front of the people who schedule the line.
How It Runs
The Sequence We Follow
Five stages, in this order. Skipping one is what makes the others expensive.
Define the question
Before a single tag is logged we agree what decision the data has to support: line balancing, changeover loss, scrap by station, or maintenance planning.
Instrument the cell
Cycle timers, part counters, fault codes and station states are exposed from the PLC. Where a signal does not exist yet, we add the sensor during the build rather than retrofitting later.
Collect and store
Data is buffered locally so a network outage does not create a hole in the record, then forwarded to the plant historian or database your IT group already supports.
Present it
Dashboards are built around the shift, not the server. Operators see the current state, supervisors see the shift, engineering sees the trend.
Close the loop
Findings feed back into the machine: a slow station gets re-timed, a recurring fault gets a design change, a drifting sensor gets a maintenance trigger.

Is this sold separately from the machine?
It is part of how the machine is built rather than an add on. Where you already have equipment and want only this capability applied to it, that is scoped as its own project.
Who do you work with on our side?
Usually engineering, maintenance and, depending on the capability, your IT or quality group. Agreeing the interfaces with those people early is what prevents the disagreements at commissioning.
What do we get at handover?
Documentation that matches what was built: the sequence of operation, as built drawings, test records and any data or network arrangements described rather than merely listed.
