What is the fastest way to reach you?
Email [email protected] or call +1 (647) 854-7170 during Ontario business hours. Email reaches an engineer directly and lets you attach the part drawing at the same time.
What should we include in a first enquiry?
The part drawing, a description of the operation, the rate you need, the floor space available and the equipment either side. That is enough for us to come back with a concept rather than a list of questions.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday, Sunday and holidays closed.
Can we visit the facility?
Yes, by arrangement. Customer witnessed try out before shipment can also be arranged for a machine we are building for you.
Do you quote over the phone?
Not for a custom machine. A phone call is the right way to work out whether a project makes sense. A price follows a defined scope, which follows a concept and a layout.
Which languages do you work in?
All Delkotech correspondence and documentation is in English.
