2 machine families: Robotic Motion Assembly, Micro Assembly Technology. Each is built to order around your part.
Which of these should I be looking at?
Plants often buy a robot and then discover the real cost is everywhere else: end of arm tooling, part presentation, safety interlocking and line control. If you describe the step that is causing trouble we will point you at the right machine rather than the largest one.
Can these machines be integrated with equipment we already own?
Yes. Give us the make, model and available signals of the equipment either side and the handshake is designed in from the start.
Why are the specifications marked TBC?
Because these are machines built to order. Travels, forces and cycle times are set against your part at design review and then measured and recorded before shipment. Publishing a number before that point would be guesswork.
How long does a machine in this group take to build?
Lead time depends on the configuration and the current build schedule at the Vaughan facility. Email [email protected] with your requirement and target date and we will give you a schedule.
