About the Equipment Range
How many machine families does Delkotech build?
Fifteen, organised into five groups: sheet metal automation, CNC assembly and fastening, robotics and motion, device assembly and inspection, and material handling and packaging.
Are these standard models I can order?
No. Each page describes a type of machine Delkotech designs and builds to order. Travels, forces, cycle times and tooling are set against your part during design review, which is why numeric specifications are marked TBC until that point.
Can one machine cover several of these functions?
Often yes. A combination assembly system brings several processes into one cycle with a single part location, which removes the transfers between them.
Which group should I start from?
Start from the operation that is causing the problem rather than from the equipment type. If you describe the part and the step, we will point you at the right family.
Do you supply spare parts and support after installation?
Yes. The engineers who built the machine are the people who answer when something drifts later. Spare parts lists and maintenance schedules are supplied at handover.
