A custom shape or a moulded-in logo needs a mould made for it, which is a one-off setup rather than a per-piece cost, and it carries forward to repeat orders of the same shape. A standard shape with surface printing avoids it entirely.
Can I see a sample before committing?
Stock samples are free, so you can check thickness, grip and fit on your own mug first. A custom sample carries a cost that is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
