Choosing Thickness
The pads in this category run 2mm to 5mm. 2-3mm is the economical giveaway thickness and ships light. 4-5mm sits flatter, feels more substantial in the hand and hides a rough desk surface. If the pad is a paid retail item or a senior-client gift, take the thicker base.
Shape and Size
Rectangular pads are the cheapest because they cut straight from the sheet. Round, contour and logo-shaped outlines are cut on the laser, so there is no tooling charge but expect a little more per piece. Oversized desk mats are also cut from the same stock - tell us the finished dimensions rather than a standard name.
Artwork Setup
Supply PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi minimum with fonts saved as outlines, and add bleed past the cut line because the print runs full bleed to the stitched or sealed edge. Keep logos and text clear of the outer few millimetres so nothing is lost in trimming.
Samples Before Bulk
Stock samples are free so you can judge base thickness and surface feel before choosing. A custom printed sample carries a cost, which is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.

Will the print rub off with daily mouse use?
The image is printed into the surface layer, not applied on top as a decal, so it wears with the fabric rather than peeling. Avoid solvent cleaners; a damp cloth is enough.
What is the smallest order you will take?

Can I get a hard copy proof before production?
