Packaging is a commercial decision

The screw is a commodity; the box is where a distributor's margin and brand live. That is why most of what leaves our plant carries somebody else's label — bulk cartons, brown boxes, plastic tubs or fully branded retail packs, printed with your artwork, your part numbers and your piece counts.

Match pack counts to your catalogue

Pack quantity should follow your SKU structure rather than ours, so your part numbers survive unchanged from our line to your shelf. Setting this at the quotation stage avoids re-packing later, which is the most expensive way to fix it.

Mixed-SKU containers are normal

Very few importers need a full container of one size. Mixed finish and mixed size loads are routine here, and the packing list is built to your breakdown rather than to a standard template.

Plan the loading, not just the order

FCL is the normal shipping unit, and loading port options are Shanghai, Ningbo and Zhapu. FOB is standard; CIF and DDP are quoted on request. Deciding Incoterms early changes what the quotation should contain.

Documentation that should travel with it

Mill test certificates, SGS reports and lot-level dimensional inspection records are available on request. For projects governed by a named standard, ask for the inspection report against that standard specifically — it is a different document from a generic certificate of conformity.

A practical enquiry checklist

Sizes and finishes, pack format and count, artwork status, Incoterm, loading port, target volume and required documents. Send those seven and a quotation can come back complete within 24 hours.
