Problems we are asked to solve — and what fixes them
Leaks at the fixing
A loose washer extrudes under the head and loses compression within a season. A bonded EPDM washer is vulcanised to a steel cap so it stays captive and stays compressed.
Rust blooms on a coated roof
Colour applied directly to bare steel fails at the first scratch. Our colour polymer is applied over a zinc base so a damaged coat does not start corrosion.
Visible fixing grids
Thousands of unmatched screw heads read as a dot grid from the ground. RAL-matched heads let the fixing pattern recede.
Purlin thickness variation
Drill capacity runs 1.5 – 5 mm depending on flute. Sending us the purlin spec gets the point matched instead of guessed.
