From a drawing
Dimensioned drawings are quoted directly. Tell us which standard governs — DIN, ISO, ANSI or your own — and the inspection report follows it.
From a physical sample
Samples are measured in our own laboratory: dimensions, hardness, thread form and finish.
From a photograph
A clear photo with a scale reference is often enough to identify the family and start the conversation.
Sample before tooling
For new specifications we ship physical samples for your approval before tooling and production — within 5 working days of approval.

- Quotation — You receive a detailed quote: pricing, lead-time, packaging, MOQ and Incoterms.
- Sample approval — For new specs we ship physical samples for your approval before tooling and production.
- Production & QC — Your order is scheduled into the line; in-process and final QC reports are shared.
- Shipping — FOB Shanghai or Ningbo by default; CIF or DDP available. Documentation handled in-house.
- After-sales — Your assigned account manager handles re-orders, claims and new product development.
