Questions About Brush Wheels

Which bristle should I choose?

PP is the general purpose option. Nylon is the one for high temperature positions. Brown and black pig hair and hard hair with glue are available where a stiffer or more natural bristle is wanted.

How do I know my wheel size?

Measure the wheel you are replacing. Several sizes are within a few millimetres of each other across brands, so the machine name alone is not enough.

Why are the wheels different colours?

Red, green and purple bodies let you code wheels by position or by change interval, which makes maintenance auditing much easier.

Can you make a size not in your range?

Yes, from a sample wheel. That is routine work.

How often should brush wheels be changed?

On a schedule rather than on complaint, because pressing effect degrades gradually and the fault shows on the cloth before it shows on the machine.

Lead time?

Within 7 days for standard sizes; made-to-sample wheels confirmed at quotation.
