Artos Stenter Clip

Clip for Artos stenter frames, supplied loose or mounted on Artos chain.

Product Overview

A clip for Artos stenter frames. Artos machines handle cotton, polyester, nylon and other textiles that need precise treatment, and clip stentering is used where the selvedge must stay free of pin marks.

The clip works the same way as on any stenter: open at the infeed, the knife closes on the cloth as it enters and holds it tightly, and the clip reopens at the end of the machine. It is supplied loose or already mounted on Artos chain.

Key Benefits

  • Made to the Artos clip profile rather than adapted from another brand
  • Leaves the edges of the cloth relatively flat, with no pin marks
  • Supplied loose or mounted on Artos chain as a section
  • Part of a full Artos range including chains, pin plates and PEEK parts

Certifications. We make no certification claim for this part. The original company statement is that products comply with international quality standards; no certificate is named and none is asserted here. Ask us directly if your procurement process requires documentation.

Comparison With Other Options

Artos clips are not interchangeable with Monforts or Bruckner clips even where they look similar. If you run more than one brand, keep the spares separated and marked, because the wrong clip fails in a way that is slow to diagnose.

Use Guide

Send an Artos clip as a sample before the first order

Check closure and release on every clip after fitting

Replace in sets along a section

Inspect knife edges at each planned stop

Check chain condition at the same time, since clip and chain wear together
