How It Works
Step By Step
Parts for multiple brands of stenter machine, so a mixed fleet is served from one order.
Identify
You send samples, one per machine: a pin plate, a clip, a length of chain, a brush wheel. We identify the profile and record it against your account. This is the step that removes ordering errors permanently, and it is the one most plants skip.
Consolidate
Once the profiles are recorded, parts for every frame on the floor come from one quotation and one shipment, which cuts freight cost and removes the situation where three brands have three different lead times.
Standardise where it helps
Some differences are worth removing. Rail guide conversion lets an Artos or LK frame run a Monforts rail, so one rail and slider specification covers several machines. Others are not worth removing, and we will say so.
Stock by machine
Spares are marked by machine so a mixed fleet does not get mixed spares. This matters most for parts that look alike across brands: brush wheels within a few millimetres of each other, pin plates whose seats differ but whose pin work does not.
Reorder by reference
With the specification on file, repeat orders are placed by reference rather than by sending another sample. Standard items ship within 7 days.
Review annually
Article mixes change and so do the right specifications. We review chain grade, bristle type and pin density against what the line is actually running now rather than what it ran when the first order was placed.

Which brands do you actually make parts for?
Monforts, IL SUNG, LK, Artos, Bruckner and others. Beyond that list, send a sample and we will say honestly whether it is within our range rather than taking the order and hoping.
Why do you want samples rather than model numbers?
Because seat profiles, clip geometry and chain pitch changed across frame generations. A model number identifies the machine, not the part, and that is where wrong deliveries come from.
Can you really ship parts for four brands in one box?
Yes, and it is the normal way our customers buy. Consolidating also keeps freight cost down.
Do you keep our specifications on file?
Yes. Once a sample is matched we record it, so repeat orders go by reference.
What if we run a brand you do not list?
Send a sample. Reverse engineering from a worn part is routine work for us, including for discontinued brands like KRANTZ and Stentex.
How long does the first order take?
Standard profiles ship within 7 days. Matching from a sample is quoted once the sample arrives.
