No. The lead rod threads differ, so the nuts are machined separately for each brand.

No. The seats differ, and mixing them gives stepped pin height along the bed.
Do the PEEK nuts need lubricating?
No. PEEK is self-lubricating, so the molybdenum disulfide used on older nuts is not required.
