Where we are and why it matters
We are based in Zhangjiafeng Village, Lanting Sub-district, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, in Zhejiang Province. Keqiao is one of the largest textile manufacturing districts in the world, which is why a stenter parts factory sits here rather than somewhere cheaper.
Being inside the cluster means the machines we make parts for are running a short drive away. When a customer sends a sample we can often compare it against a frame in service rather than against a drawing.
Manufacturer and trader
We are both. We manufacture the pin plates, holders, clips, chains, PEEK parts, brush wheels and blades ourselves, and we trade the equipment we do not make, such as the Erhardt+Leimer pneumatic selvedge uncurlers from Germany.
We say which is which. A customer buying an E+L unit from us is buying an E+L unit; a customer buying a pin plate is buying our own manufacture matched to the profile.
What we specialise in
Stenter machine parts, specifically the chain side: clip, pin holder, chain, pin plate, rail guide, doctor bracket, end ring, and other dyeing and finishing machinery parts.
We are the largest needle plate manufacturing factory in China, and we make pin plates for PI film, which are heat resistant and withstand high tensile strength. We also customise the rail guide, for example changing an Artos rail to a Monforts rail or an LK rail to a Monforts rail, and we customise the chain, so that by replacing the chain a machine can work for other types of fabric.
How we work with customers
Send a sample. Almost everything starts there, because a machine model number identifies the machine and not the part. We match the profile, make a first article, and approve it against your sample before the batch runs.
Then we record the specification against your account, so repeat orders are placed by reference rather than by courier. Standard items ship within 7 days from Shaoxing.
Quality standards
All of our products comply with international quality standards and are appreciated in a variety of different markets throughout the world.
Every part we make is measured against its own reference rather than against a nominal: seat profiles gauged against the matching holder, pin height measured along the plate rather than at the ends, chain pitch measured over a run of links, and first articles approved before a reverse engineered batch runs.

- ISO, CE or other certifications. The original site refers to compliance with international quality standards but names no certificate. No certification is claimed anywhere on this site.
- Factory size, headcount, production capacity and export country count. Not stated on the original site.
- Customer names, testimonials and case studies. No genuine material available, so no case study pages were built. Send real project details or WhatsApp screenshots and they can be added.
- The claim to be the largest needle plate manufacturing factory in China appears on the original site and is repeated on the About page. Please confirm it can be substantiated before the site goes live.
- Brush wheel for ALKAN 225 x 90: the original product page carries a description headed 'Brush wheel for MONFORTS small 180*22', which contradicts its own product name. The size in the product name has been used. Please confirm.
- Product named 'clip for monforts -1' has the URL slug 'led-lights' on the original site. Rebuilt under a proper slug; confirm this is the intended product.
