Overview
What This Pump Does
The inline emulsifier works on the same principle as the batch machine: the rotor and stator generate strong shear while running at speed to mix, smash and emulsify. Because it sits in the pipeline it also moves the product, which is why it is sometimes called an emulsifying pump.
Standard components are the pump chamber, rotor and stator. It emulsifies and disperses liquids continuously, transmits low viscosity material and mixes powder with liquid, in daily chemical, beverage, food, pharmacy and chemical industry work.

Fitting An Inline Emulsifier
Position In The Line
Place the unit where it can be fed reliably, with enough suction pressure to avoid cavitation.
Decide Passes
Single pass or recirculation, depending on the droplet size the product needs.
Watch Temperature
Continuous shear adds heat, so check product temperature at the outlet during commissioning.
Clean In Place
Include the unit in the CIP circuit and open it at planned intervals to inspect the stator.
