What This Pump Does
Sanitary clamps in the SK-CL001 to SK-CL003 range, in SS304 or SS316L, for DN15 to DN200 lines built to DIN, SMS, 3A, ISO or IDF standards.
A clamp joint is only as good as its gasket, so clamps are quoted with the gasket material that suits the product and the cleaning chemistry: silicone, EPDM or fluoroelastomer.

Making A Reliable Clamp Joint
Match The Parts
Ferrule, gasket and clamp must all be the same standard and size.
Align Before Tightening
Seat the gasket square and align the ferrules before the clamp is closed.
Do Not Over Tighten
Over compression extrudes the gasket into the bore, which creates the crevice you were avoiding.
Replace Gaskets As A Set
When a joint is opened, fit a new gasket rather than reusing a compressed one.
