We supply DIN fiber optic adapters which come with zirconia sleeves and threaded size. These adapters are available in single mode type and multimode types. DIN 47256 (LSA) feature a single unit body with spring-loaded free floating zirconia ferrule. DIN uses a 2.5 mm ferrule in a threaded coupling built to the German DIN 47256 pattern. DIN and FC ferrules are both 2.5 mm but the couplings are not interchangeable. A hybrid adapter is the correct way to cross between them.
