How many different parts do you cast?
29 part types are listed here across six families, and each is cast in a range of materials and to a range of machine models. Anything outside the list is handled as a customised casting from your drawing or sample.
Do you hold patterns for all of these?
We hold thousands of ready-made patterns covering the machine models listed on each category page. Where a pattern exists, there is no pattern cost and no pattern lead time.
Can I order parts from several families on one order?
Yes, and most customers do. Cone, jaw, impact, VSI, roller and customised castings are all poured in the same works, so a mixed order ships together on one set of pallets.
What documentation comes with an order?
Chemical analysis and a dimensional inspection report as standard. Hardness, tensile, microstructure, magnetic particle, dye penetrant and ultrasonic testing are available if specified at order stage.

Send the part number, the machine model, or a photograph with the main dimensions. If we have not cast it before, our own pattern shop and 3D scanner will make it possible anyway.
