What This Covers
A wear part that arrives damaged, or arrives late, has failed regardless of its metallurgy. Finished parts are packed on steel pallets for forklift handling, to international standards for road, rail, sea and air, and Chongqing's position gives three genuinely different routes out.

Every stage below happens inside our own works, under one QC department, which is why a problem found at one stage can still be corrected at the next.
Packing

Air freight
Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG / ZUCK) is one of the largest airports in China, for urgent parts.
Rail to Europe
Chongqing is the start of the Chongqing–Xinjiang–Europe railway, running to Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Poland and Duisburg in Germany.
Sea freight
Inland transport to Shanghai Port takes about three days, from where normal sea freight schedules apply.
Door to door
Door-to-door service is available, which means we can deliver to your warehouse rather than to a port.
Collection
Finished stock items can be collected from our warehouse by your agent, as European customers have done.
