Cone Crusher Parts
High manganese bowl liners, concaves and mantles cast to suit the cone crushers already running in your pit.
Every Cone Crusher Casting We Make
A cone liner set decides how much your crusher produces before the next shutdown. We cast concaves, bowl liners and mantles in seven manganese grades from Mn13 to Mn22Cr3, machine them on vertical lathes up to Ø3.4 m, and ship them ready to seat. Thousands of cone patterns are already finished, so a repeat set skips pattern making altogether.

Cone Crusher Mounting Plate
The seating plate between the crusher frame and the wear components above it
View Part →What Usually Goes Wrong And What We Do About It
- Liner sets that arrive weeks after the crusher is already down
- Backing compound gaps caused by liners that were never machined to the seat
- Manganese that work hardens too slowly for abrasive feed and rounds off early
- OEM pricing on a consumable that is replaced several times a year

Read The Case →Cone Crusher Parts Questions
Which manganese grade should I order for my cone liners?
Mn13 and Mn13Cr2 suit general aggregate work. Mn18 and Mn18Cr2 are the usual choice for harder feed because the higher manganese work hardens further before it deforms. Mn20Cr3 and Mn22Cr3 go into the most abrasive duties. Tell us the rock type and the wear life you get now and we will recommend a grade.
Can you cast liners for a model that is not on your list?
Yes. The list shows models we already hold patterns for. For anything else we work from your drawing, or from your worn part, which we can 3D scan on your site or in our pattern shop.
Do the liners come machined ready to fit?
Yes. After rectifying and polishing, castings are machined strictly to drawing on our vertical lathes so the liner seats correctly, and a dimensional inspection report is issued before packing.
Are these OEM parts?
No. They are OEM-equivalent parts cast and warranted by PangLei. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification only and we have no association with the OEM.
Send Your Cone Crusher Part Numbers
Tell us the machine model and the part numbers. We will check them against the pattern inventory and confirm the material grade before quoting.
