What should I include in a first enquiry?
The machine make and model, the part number if you have one, the quantity, and the material grade if it is specified. If you have none of those, a photograph with the main dimensions is enough to start.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Single parts and prototypes are regular work here, particularly for reverse-engineered castings. Tell us the quantity with your enquiry and it is quoted accordingly.
