Which blow bar material survives rebar?
High manganese. It deforms rather than shatters. Chromium bars last far longer on clean rock but are the wrong choice where steel reaches the rotor.
Why will you not supply a stronger toggle plate?
The toggle is the crusher's mechanical fuse. A toggle that does not break at the designed load moves the damage into the frame and the bearings.
Which jaw die grade for concrete recycling?
Mn18Cr2 or Mn22Cr2. Recycled feed is abrasive and dirty, and the higher manganese grades work harden further before deforming.
