What This Covers
We already run OEM programmes for Chengdu Dahongli Machinery and Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry, and have supplied OEM roller shells to a roller crusher manufacturer for many years. Contract casting here means the whole chain — melting, heat treatment, machining and inspection — inside one works.
How The Work Actually Runs
Every stage below happens inside our own works, under one QC department, which is why a problem found at one stage can still be corrected at the next.
Technical review
Drawings and material specifications are reviewed against our casting, heat treatment and machining envelope.
Tooling
Patterns are built in our own shop and retained for the life of the programme.
First article
CPSS simulation, a first-article casting and a full inspection report before series production begins.
Series production
Poured from 5 t furnaces, with chemistry verified on every heat and samples retained three years.
Machining
Vertical lathes to Ø3.4 m and four gantry milling machines, so finished parts leave here ready to fit.
Logistics
Packed on steel pallets for road, rail, sea or air, with door-to-door delivery available.

What external technical support do you have?
We work closely with related faculties at Chongqing University, Southwest University and North China Electric Power University, and hold a strategic partnership with Vesuvius plc.
How experienced is the team?
98% of our staff have been in the industry and with us for over three years, key personnel for more than ten. Our chief engineer came from the Guangzhou Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals with more than thirty years in wear-resistant castings.
Can we visit before placing a programme?
Yes. On-site visits to the foundry are warmly welcomed, and more sophisticated clients have chosen to work with us after visiting.
