Can you cast a shell for a roller crusher that is out of production?
Yes. This is a large part of our roller work. Send the worn shell, a drawing, or ask us to 3D scan it, and we build the pattern from there.
Do you cast corrugated shells as well as smooth ones?
Both. The corrugation profile is reproduced from your existing shell or drawing rather than substituted with a standard pattern.
Are you able to take on OEM volume for a machine builder?
We already do. We have provided OEM roller shells to a roller crusher manufacturer for many years and also run OEM programmes for Chengdu Dahongli and Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry.
What is the largest shell you can machine?
Our largest vertical lathe takes Ø3.4 m, and the foundry pours single castings up to 10 tonnes.
