Jaw Crusher Parts
Fixed and movable jaw plates in high manganese, cast to the tooth profile your crusher was designed around.
Every Jaw Crusher Casting We Make
Jaw dies are the cheapest part of a jaw crusher and the one that decides its output. We cast fixed and swing jaw plates in Mn13 through Mn22Cr3, in single and two-piece configurations, for machines from a 600 × 400 unit up to a C200. Corrugation depth and pitch follow the original profile so the nip angle and product curve stay where your plant expects them.

Swing Jaw Plate
Movable jaw dies cast to the same profile and heat as the fixed half

Jaw Crusher Cheek Plate
Side liners that keep the crushing chamber square and protect the frame
View Part →
Jaw Crusher Toggle Plate
The designed weak point that protects the whole crusher from uncrushable feed
View Part →
Jaw Wedges And Fixing Bolts
The clamping parts that decide whether a new die stays bedded
View Part →
Jaw Crusher Shim Plate
Machined plate for setting the closed side setting, supplied in defined thicknesses
View Part →What Usually Goes Wrong And What We Do About It
- Jaw plates that bed unevenly and hammer the toggle and cheek plates
- Teeth that flatten before half the expected tonnage has passed
- Two-piece sets where the upper and lower halves do not meet cleanly
- Long waits on a wear item that is changed several times a year

Why These Castings Come From This Foundry
Single piece and two-piece heavy duty sets cast from finished patterns
Tooth profile and pitch reproduced from the original part, not approximated
Matching cheek plates, toggle plates, wedges and bolts from the same foundry
Mn22Cr2 and Mn22Cr3 available for highly abrasive recycled feed
Typical Application Scenarios
- Primary crushing of blasted hard rock
- Concrete and asphalt recycling with rebar in the feed
- Demolition waste processing on mobile plant
- Iron ore and copper ore primary reduction

High Manganese Grades And Their Chemical Specification
Chemistry is verified from a sample taken during melting and adjusted before pouring. Samples are retained for at least three years.

Jaw Crusher Parts Questions
Do you supply two-piece jaw dies?
Yes. Heavy duty two-piece sets are a standard product, including middle plates for the taller machines. We cast both halves from the same heat so hardness and chemistry match across the set.
What material do you recommend for recycling work?
Concrete and demolition feed is abrasive and often carries steel, so Mn18Cr2 and Mn22Cr2 are usually the better choice. For clean quarried rock Mn13Cr2 is normally sufficient.
Can you supply cheek plates and toggles with the jaw set?
Yes. Cheek plates, toggle plates, jaw wedges, side plates and bolts are cast and supplied alongside the dies so the whole wear package ships together.
How do you confirm the profile if I only have a worn plate?
Send photographs and the main dimensions, or we can 3D scan the part. Our pattern shop then builds the pattern from the scan and we confirm the geometry with you before pouring.
Send Your Jaw Crusher Part Numbers
Tell us the machine model and the part numbers. We will check them against the pattern inventory and confirm the material grade before quoting.
