Four Things That Cost Money In A Pig House
Wet pens and lame animals
The floor gap is almost always the cause. Three moulded patterns and a cast-iron insert let each room have the gap it needs instead of one compromise across the house.
Feed lost in the last half metre
An anti-bridge hopper, a trumpet drop pipe and a pan adjustment that holds its setting keep feed in the pan and out of the pit.
Supports that fail before the building does
Pultruded FRP has no metal to corrode and no coating to fail, so the support outlasts the floor above it.
Pen builds stalled by a missing fitting
Penning is quoted as a counted schedule — every post, bracket, connector and channel — and crated by room.

Assembly and fitting

Do you export and accept custom specifications?
Yes. Equipment is flat-packed and crated for full-container export worldwide, and sizes, colours and configurations are produced to customer requirement. OEM orders are accepted.
