Product Overview
The H-connector is what turns a stack of boards into a wall. Both panel edges slide into the profile from opposite sides, the joint closes flush, and there is no fastener on the animal side to collect dirt or work loose.
Three sizes cover the JGM board range: 20H for 20 mm boards, 8500059 for 35 mm boards and 50H for 50 mm sections.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC H-Connector is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Match the connector to the board thickness before ordering — 20, 35 and 50 mm are not interchangeable.
Step 2
Push both panel edges fully home so the joint closes flush on both faces.

Check joints after the first washdown and reseat any panel that has crept.
