Layout and specification
Our engineers return a room layout, an equipment list and a material recommendation per zone: which slat pattern, which beam section, which panel height and grade.
Quotation and drawings
You receive a costed quotation with assembly drawings and a packing plan showing how the equipment loads into a full container.
Manufacture
Slats and panels are moulded, PVC and FRP profiles extruded, feeders and drinkers assembled and pressure-tested on our own lines.
Pack and ship
Everything is flat-packed and crated by room, with a packing list, so each room can be unloaded and built as a unit.
Install support
Assembly drawings, parts lists and remote support guide your team through assembly and commissioning.

Do you design the room or only supply the equipment?
Both. From your room dimensions and capacity we prepare a layout and an equipment list covering flooring, penning, feeding, drinking and climate, then supply what is agreed.
Can I order only one category?
Yes. Many customers start with flooring and feeding, then add penning and climate later — the systems are designed to be added to.
How is a house shipped?
Flat-packed and crated for full-container (FCL) export, with assembly drawings and a packing list, crated by room.
Do you send installers?
We provide assembly drawings, parts lists and remote support to guide your local team through assembly and commissioning.
