What This System Is For
JGM pultrudes its own FRP sections: plain T beams from 100 × 5 × 25 to 200 × 5 × 44 mm, a reinforced-rib T series from T80 to T165, triangular supports with moulded feet from △100 to △150, and special DM and K sections for edge and perimeter runs.
Beams are cut to the span of your room, bundled ten to a pack under three metres, and supplied with the end caps and brackets that finish the installation.

Will FRP carry cast-iron slats?
Often yes, but only against a calculated span. Send the panel weight and the clear span and our engineers will confirm the section.
How are beams cut to length?
They are cut to your span before dispatch, and can be trimmed on site with a standard abrasive blade — cap the cut end afterwards.
What is the triangular support for?
It has moulded feet that give a defined levelling point at each bearing, which is what makes a beam line quick to set level.
How are beams packed?
Ten pieces per bundle under three metres and six per bundle above, then palletised — 300 pieces per pallet across the triangular range.
