Product Overview
A pig house wall has to survive water, ammonia and a pressure washer several times a year. Rendered blockwork does not — it absorbs moisture, crazes and becomes a place for organic matter to sit. The LW50075ZZP wall board is an extruded rigid PVC section with sealed internal chambers and a smooth face that wipes clean.
The 500 mm wide, 75 mm thick section is the heavy board in the range, used for corridor walls and full-height room dividers. Boards join along the edge profile and drop into U-channel at floor and ceiling, so a wall goes up dry with no mortar, no curing time and no painting.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC Hollow Wall Board is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Use guide
Installing and Running It
Step 1
Fix U-channel at floor and ceiling and check it for level before the first board.
Step 2
Slide boards into the channel and join them with the matching H-connector; do not force a board that is binding.
Step 3
Seal the floor joint at the channel so wash water cannot get behind the wall.
Step 4
Wash with a normal high-pressure gun; avoid concentrated solvent cleaners on the PVC face.

Is 500 × 75 mm the panel size or the section?
It is the section: 500 mm wide and 75 mm thick. Length is cut to your room, and lengths over 3 m are packed by agreement.
What colours can I order?
White and grey are standard. Other colours are produced to customer requirement on a full-container order.
How is the board fixed?
It drops into U-channel at floor and ceiling and joins board-to-board with an H-connector. No mortar and no fasteners through the face.
Can it be insulated?
The chambered section can be supplied with foam fill on request — tell us the room and we will quote the version that suits.
