What This System Is For
Start at the valve. A diaphragm water control valve holds a set outlet pressure regardless of what the mains is doing, which is what makes bite valves seal and float bowls refill consistently.
Downstream, match the drinker to the stage: a cast and stainless float bowl for sows and finishers, a bite-action cup for nursery and grow-finish pens, and a transparent low-flow piglet cup (code 22091, 124 × 60 mm) for creep areas where intake needs to be visible.

Why do my drinkers drip?
Almost always over-pressure or grit on the valve seat. Fit a regulator per line and set it to the drinker's figure.
Which drinker for a creep area?
The transparent low-flow piglet cup, code 22091, mounted at piglet shoulder height rather than at the sow's drinker height.
Can piglets and sows share a water line?
They can, but a separately regulated piglet line gives much better control of flow at the cup.
Which part of the control valve wears?
The diaphragm. It is replaceable in place, so keep one on the shelf.
