Product Overview
A partition is a pen wall that has to do two contradictory things: keep two groups apart and let air pass between them. The slotted PP panel is the compromise that works — a vertical window field that moves air at pig height while stopping nose-to-nose contact.
The panels are moulded in the same PP as the rest of the JGM penning range, in green, white and black, and in the 850, 900, 1000 and 1200 mm dimensions that cover farrowing, weaner and grow-finish pens.

Materials and Manufacturing
Injection-moulded polypropylene. The PP Partition Panels is injection-moulded on JGM's own presses in Ningbo. Polypropylene granulate is dried, dosed and shot into a steel tool, so the part that leaves the press is the part the tool was cut for — there is no secondary forming stage where the dimension can drift. Colour is added as masterbatch at the press, which is why colour goes all the way through the part instead of sitting on it as a coating.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Use vented panels between pens in the same air space and closed panels at a room boundary.
Step 2
Set post centres to the panel length so no panel needs cutting.
Step 3
Keep the slot field clear of the feeder so feed does not spill between pens.

Do the slots let pigs bite each other?
The slot width is sized to pass air rather than a snout. Where full separation is required, use the closed version of the same panel.
Which height for a weaner pen?
850 or 900 mm covers most weaner rooms; 1000 and 1200 mm are used for finishing groups.
Are both faces smooth?
Yes — nothing protrudes into either pen, which is what keeps the panel easy to clean and safe for the animals.
Can I mix vented and closed panels in one run?
Yes. They share dimensions and fittings, so a run can be vented between pens and closed at the ends.
