A pen wall is leaned on, bitten, kicked and pressure-washed. Steel rusts at the weld line, timber absorbs, and rigid board cracks — polypropylene does none of the three.

What This System Is For
Four sizes cover a house: 1200 × 1000 × 50 mm for finishing pens, 1000 × 900 × 50 and 1000 × 850 × 50 mm for weaner rooms, and 1200 × 500 × 22 mm for low fronts and make-up runs.
Each size is produced closed or with a vented window and in standard or reinforced grade, in five stocked colours — so airflow, biosecurity and impact duty are all specified from the same panel family.

Which height do I need?
900 mm for weaner pens, 1000 to 1200 mm for finishing groups, and the 500 mm board for low fronts and make-up runs.
When should I choose black panels?
Wherever the panel sees direct daylight. Carbon black is the most effective UV stabiliser available in a moulded panel.
What is the difference between standard and reinforced?
The reinforced grade has a heavier internal structure, used for gates and pen fronts that take feeding-time pressure.
Can you produce a size that is not listed?
Sizes and colours are produced to customer requirement — send the pen drawing with your enquiry.
