Product Overview
A pen panel takes more punishment than any other surface in a pig house. It is leaned on, bitten, kicked and washed. Polypropylene handles all four: it does not corrode, it does not absorb, and it flexes rather than shatters under impact.
The JGM range is built around four sizes — 1200 × 1000 × 50, 1000 × 900 × 50, 1000 × 850 × 50 and 1200 × 500 × 22 mm — each available closed or with a vented window, and in standard or reinforced grade. Green, black, white, blue and grey are the stocked colours.

Materials and Manufacturing
Injection-moulded polypropylene. The Pig PP Panel (Colour Range) is injection-moulded on JGM's own presses in Ningbo. Polypropylene granulate is dried, dosed and shot into a steel tool, so the part that leaves the press is the part the tool was cut for — there is no secondary forming stage where the dimension can drift. Colour is added as masterbatch at the press, which is why colour goes all the way through the part instead of sitting on it as a coating.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Choose the height from the animal stage — 1000 mm faces for weaner pens, 1200 mm where finishing pigs are penned.
Step 2
Use vented panels between pens in the same air space and closed panels where rooms are separated for biosecurity.
Step 3
Mount panels in posts and brackets rather than fixing through the face where possible.
Step 4
Wash with a normal gun; PP tolerates standard farm disinfectants without swelling.

What do the LA, LB, XA and XB suffixes mean?
They mark the face and grade combinations — closed or vented window, standard or reinforced build. Tell us the pen and we will quote the right combination.
Which colours are stocked?
Green, black, blue, white and grey are the usual production colours. Other colours are produced on a full-container order.
Is the 22 mm panel strong enough for a pen wall?
The 1200 × 500 × 22 mm board is for low fronts and make-up runs. Pen walls use the 50 mm panels.
Can you make a panel size that is not listed?
Sizes are produced to customer requirement. Send the pen drawing with your enquiry.
