What This System Is For
The PVC board range covers everything from a light 500 × 20 mm divider to the 500 × 75 mm wall section used for full-height corridor walls, with straight-rib, herringbone-rib and co-extruded builds for different loads.
Every board takes the same H-connectors, U-channel, corner posts and L-trim, so a house is detailed from one profile family and a site carries one box of fittings instead of four.

Is the board size the panel size?
No — the figures are the section. A 500 × 35 mm board is 500 mm wide and 35 mm thick, and the length is cut to your room.
Which board should I use for a full-height wall?
The 500 × 75 mm wall board (LW50075ZZP), which is stiff enough to span floor to ceiling channel in most rooms.
What is the herringbone rib for?
It triangulates the panel internally so a wide, unsupported face does not bow or twist.
What colours are produced?
White and grey are standard across the range; other colours are made on a full-container order.
