Rear Tipper Semi Trailer Dump Truck Trailer 4 Axle Semi-Trailer
Four-axle rear tipper with a 55cbm rectangular body and HYVA front-mounted lifting for high-density bulk work.
View Specification
Rear, side and U-shape tipping trailers from two to six axles, built for sand, stone, coal, ore and construction spoil.
Bulk haulage is decided at the discharge point. A body that holds wet material, a hydraulic set with no local parts, or an axle group over its limit turns a profitable cycle into a standing vehicle.

Rear tipping is more stable on soft or uneven ground and needs less lateral space. Side tipping places material directly along a road edge or trench, which is what roadworks need when there is no rear clearance.
A U shape has no corners for wet sand or sticky material to pack into, so it empties cleanly. A rectangular body carries squared and mixed loads better and takes rock impact well.
It depends on material density and the per-axle limit where you operate. Dense ore at 60-70 tonnes usually needs four or six axles; lighter aggregate on good roads works on three.
4mm sides and 5-6mm floor is the usual starting point. If you load blasted rock from an excavator bucket, specify a heavier floor: it is much cheaper than replacing a dished body.
Yes. HYVA and Chinese brands are both available. Choose whichever has better parts support where you operate, since a cylinder seal failure stops the trailer.
