Pressure Vessel LPG Tank Trailer Three axles 60 CBM LPG Liquid Propane Gas Bullet Tank Semi-Trailer
60cbm LPG bullet tank trailer, Q370R 11mm pressure vessel, 22.3 tonne LPG payload.

Gas transport splits into two completely different engineering problems. LPG is a certified pressure vessel carrying liquid at ambient temperature. LNG and liquid nitrogen are cryogenic cargoes needing vacuum multi-layer insulation and materials that stay tough at -196 degrees. Specifying the wrong one is a safety failure, not a configuration error.

A standard build is a compromise averaged across every market. Your axle limits, road surface, climate, cargo density and local parts supply are not average, and the gap between the average and your reality is where trailers break.
Buyers are usually given a model number and a price. What determines whether the trailer earns is the configuration behind that number, and it is easy to get wrong from a catalogue photograph.
Trailer shipping is not container shipping. Many models cannot go in a box at all, freight rates move while vehicle prices stay fixed, and import clearance depends on documentation that varies country by country.
The common failure is not a defective trailer, it is a trailer nobody can get parts for. Once a supplier changes model or loses interest, an otherwise sound vehicle becomes scrap over a single unavailable component.
No. LPG is a pressure vessel at ambient temperature; LNG needs vacuum cryogenic insulation. They are different vessels and cannot be interchanged.
A vacuum-insulated double-cylinder vessel is inherently heavy. Typical payload is 20 to 24 tonnes on a 40 tonne gross. Aluminium alloy tanks and aluminium main beams recover some of it.
Q370R at 11mm on the bullet tank builds, with matching Q370R end plates. Aluminium alloy 5083 is available where tare weight matters more.
With a calibrated gauge. Our LNG build uses an MZC-IIA reading 0 to 1500mm mounted in the cabinet, since the level cannot be checked visually.
Yes, 31000 litres at 0.8MPa working pressure in S30408 with vacuum multi-layer insulation. Nitrogen is much denser than LNG, so the volume for a given weight limit is lower.
