Container haulage is a weight arithmetic problem. The legal gross is fixed, the container weight is fixed, and everything left over is chassis. Every kilogram you save on the trailer is a kilogram the box can legally carry, which is why a 5500kg skeletal chassis earns more than a 7500kg one on the same route.
Models from our range that suit this sector's duty cycle and conditions.

A standard build is a compromise averaged across every market. Your axle limits, road surface, climate, cargo density and local parts supply are not average, and the gap between the average and your reality is where trailers break.
Buyers are usually given a model number and a price. What determines whether the trailer earns is the configuration behind that number, and it is easy to get wrong from a catalogue photograph.
Trailer shipping is not container shipping. Many models cannot go in a box at all, freight rates move while vehicle prices stay fixed, and import clearance depends on documentation that varies country by country.
The common failure is not a defective trailer, it is a trailer nobody can get parts for. Once a supplier changes model or loses interest, an otherwise sound vehicle becomes scrap over a single unavailable component.
Our skeletal frame runs at 5500kg tare, leaving 34500kg of container cargo within a 40000kg gross. The tipping skeletal is 5700kg.
When enough of your deliveries go to sites with no reach stacker or crane. It carries its own crane with a 37000kg lifting capacity, so it works anywhere with firm level ground.
The tipping versions can. Hydraulics tilt the box to 45-60 degrees so bulk slides out under gravity.
20, 40 and 45 foot twist lock layouts. Tell us your mix and we will set the positions.
A flatbed with container locking or a sidewall trailer carries general freight back. It is less efficient than a skeletal for pure container work, but utilisation is usually worth more.
Send your operating conditions and we will match a model, confirm the configuration and quote within one to three days.
