Bulk Powder Tanker Trailer V Shape 52 Cubic Meter Tri-axle Cement Tank Truck
52 cubic metre V shape cement tanker, 10500*2500*3950mm, 80T payload with BOHAI compressor.
View Specification
Pneumatic powder tankers from 30 to 68 cubic metres for cement, fly ash, lime, mineral powder and food-grade flour, on two and three-axle chassis.
Powder haulage is decided by density and discharge. A tank sized for cement runs half empty on fly ash, and a tank that bridges and leaves residue turns a twenty-minute discharge into an hour.
Every model in this family, with full specifications taken from the manufacturer data sheet.

Work from your material density and your legal gross weight. Cement at roughly 1.4 tonnes per cubic metre fills a 35 cubic metre tank at a 40 tonne limit; fly ash and lime need considerably more volume for the same payload.
The inclined floor lets powder run to the discharge outlet under gravity, which reduces bridging and residue and shortens discharge time against a flat-floored tank.
Size it against the silo height and pipe run at your delivery points, not against the tank. An undersized compressor makes every discharge slow.
Technically yes, but for food-grade work we recommend keeping the tank dedicated to food product and specifying the interior finish accordingly.
Two axles for restricted routes and about 33 tonnes; three axles for 42 to 55 tonnes where the road allows it.
